Great hack to add an FPU to the ST by Djordje Vukovic. Uses a Motorola 68881. Advantages are only seen by programs that a programmed to take advantage of an FPU. Includes full schematics and comprehensive documentation.

Collection of diagrams to speed an ST to 16Mhz. All were found on various FTP sites and collected together into one archive by Lyndon Amsdon. Speed gain is roughly 125%, improvements seen in CPU intensive work like archiving. Includes three hacks.

Another 16Mhz hack designed by Lyndon Amsdon with help from Djordje Vukovic for an ST. Speed gain depends on configuration but on basic configuration you can see about 125% gain. Has a special input to the board to allow fast pheriphial access. Not fully tested on a Blitter equiped machine. Will also work with a system bus speeder! Includes schematic and good text with GEMBench results. This is now revision B. Hopefully this will allow an even greater overclocking!

Here are some timings recorded from a standard ST and another when the CPU accelerator above is switched on. Also It appears the CPU, when clocked at 16Mhz always tries coming onto the bus when the 8Mhz signal is low. Hmm...
